At JMS Concern Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing quality paper bags, paper cups, and fair customer service. Please carefully read our policy regarding cancellations, explicit returns, and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
* Timeframe: Orders may be cancelled strictly before the product is shipped.
* Process: To cancel, you must contact our customer support team immediately.
* Post-Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return request subject to the rules below.
2. Explicit Return Policy
Customers may request a return ONLY under the following specific conditions:
* Eligibility: The product received must be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* Return Window: The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
* Condition of Item: The product must be completely unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is mandatory.
* Non-Returnable Items: We do NOT accept returns for customized/made-to-order products, products damaged due to customer handling, or bulk/wholesale orders (unless proven defective).
3. Refund Policy and Timeframes
* Inspection: Once the returned product is received at our facility, it will be inspected. We will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
* Refund Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be strictly processed and credited within 7 to 10 business days.
* Mode of Refund: The refund will be issued directly to the original payment method used during the purchase (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).
* Shipping Charges: Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product sent).
4. Replacement/Exchange Timeframes
Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
* Replacement Timeline: Once a replacement is approved and the original item is verified, the new replacement product will be dispatched and delivered to you within 7 to 10 business days.
